I don't think I have seen this flower before, but I love the pretty yellow color. This is an adorable photo of Peach with her 1st birthday cake. Looks like she enjoyed it.
Lady slippers are always a favorite flower of mine, since growing up in Minnesota. Can't decide which I like better...the yellow or the pink! I love the birthday picture.....so sweet! Hope you're doing OK!
I saw my first ladyslipper in person last January in London. My daugher-in-law took me to an apothecary garden that has been in existence since the early 1600's. It's where the doctors back then grew their medicine. It was fascinating and I really enjoyed it. But it had ladyslippers growing in January. So pretty. Peach is a doll and that cake is really pretty. It looks like she had a wonderful time smashing it! First birthdays are always really special. Blessings, Betsy

Lady Slippers are elegant flowers. I have never seen one in the wild.
Classic birthday cake photo--lol! :)
I’d love to run across a Lady’s Slipper in the woods. It’s beautiful!
That is a very unique flower. Very pretty. Congrats to the little one.

Pretty Ladyslipper. Your cute grand sure is Peachy!
I haven't seen a lady slipper in real life. They are pretty. Another great photo of that sweet darling!

Happy Birthday, Peach!!!
A woman who lets them eat cake! Happy Birthday Peach!
Lady Slippers are a treasure. Ours were pink and smaller and a rare find in the woods.
The lady slippers are one of my favorite wildflowers too. I've not seen in yellow in our area, though I keep looking. They are pink here.
They are one of the coolest flowers! It is always a treat to see one as they grow so randomly in the wild.
Oh my goodness, that cake! 😄
Pretty flower!
Lady slippers are not a flower I have heard of but look so nice, just like I am sure the cake was nice and she made a nice mess eating as well
Indeed A beautiful sweet Peach, I haven't seen a Lady's-slipper in quite awhile, thank you for sharing.
Blessings,
Sue

I remember Ladyslippers growing wild in Manitoba. They were yellow; I don't know if any pink ones grew in our area.
Love the name Peach! Also, Lemon! I'm 72 but if I get pregnant again...and have a girl...She'll be called Lemon...lolol

We've pink lady slippers! They are done now.
Happy Birthday, little one!
A cake smash! I hadn't even known they existed until my first grand daughter had one. It was hilarious.
Happy birthday Peach!
I've yet to see a ladyslipper...perhaps..one day!
