New in the neighborhood

We have a new friend in the neighborhood.

Her name is Smudge and Baxter is her big brother.

My baby brother and his bride rescued Smudge from Northwest Aussie Rescue.

She is 1/2 toy Aussie, 1/4 Pug and 1/4 Beagle.  She won't get real big.  She has Beagle ears and tail.

She is pretty cute!

  10. Smudge is a great name. She looks like a paint drip cloth full of drips and smudges.

  15. I recognized the coloring of the Australian Shepard as we had one. Our neighbor came down our driveway and ran over it with his tractor....it was an accident but it happened right in front of our kids and it was just a puppy...they were devastated and never liked that farmer after that.
    Smudge is darling!
