Last week two of my friends gave me gifts for my birthday.
My favorite licorice, a fall flag, a puzzle and some glass bluebirds from longtime friend Susie!
A bag, the cutest scissors holder and scissors and some yarn from Sam!
I have two very thoughtful friends! Thank you gals!

Very thoughtful friends! I also like licorice, we are in a small club.
People always refer to me as an adventurous eater as I have eaten just about anything, including black licorice. But it I have a choice of going hungry for the rest of the day or snacking on black licorice, I would opt to go hungry.

Lots of fun gifts. I am familiar with the glass birds. My son inherited a glass collection from his grandma that included those birds.
