We went on an adventure on Saturday afternoon.
Not far from home and just a short adventure before nap time.
Anyways...along the way I noticed something strange. On our way back we stopped for a photo.
Do you see it?
How about now? A Shiny Brite tree along the road! There are no houses nearby.
Someone probably wanted to make people smile. And it worked.
Far Side
Perfect gift from an unknown friend. It would make me smile, too.
ReplyDeleteSeveral years ago, my Mom and I decorated a tree alongside the road. It was fun.
ReplyDeleteAnd such a lovely tree too! Down where we lived before moving to this place the road was busy with walkers (with and without dogs) and there was a little tree in the ditch that was always decorated with Christmas ornaments. It was delightful!
ReplyDeleteHow fun!
ReplyDeleteOMGosh! That's perfect! :)
ReplyDeleteHow fun is that! I wonder if they come back and watch to see if people stop and notice - or if they just quietly smile and KNOW that they've brought a smile and wonder to someone's day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice idea!
ReplyDeleteHOW NEAT THAT IS!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a happy sighting!
ReplyDeleteI love this!!! :-D
ReplyDeleteI love it! We see trees decorated along the road here occasionally but usually close to a housing developement. You are right, it does make people smile!
ReplyDeleteThat is so wonderful! A sure way to bring a smile to someone's face. Thank you for sharing it with us.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
wow....that shiny brite tree is so cool! Good eyes that you spotted it and took some joy from it! I would have loved seeing that tree too. What a neat idea somebody had to bring joy into other's lives. Just Awesome! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThat is my kind of tree! I wonder if the wind has taken some of them off the tree? Sharon
ReplyDeleteThere are spots along some roads that have a portion of a bluff decorated for each season.
ReplyDeleteha ha! Yep I could see the shiny but wasn't sure what exactly it was - that is pretty cool!
ReplyDeleteI noticed the perfectly shaped little tree, but not the ornaments. I guess someone thought it was a perfect Christmas tree, Christmas or not.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a fun idea!!! I didn't see them in the first photo. I guess I was looking at something else. But that had to have been meant for you! What a cheery thing to see.
ReplyDeleteCool indeed
ReplyDeleteThat would bring a smile to my face too!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful surprise! Yes, someone had people like you in mind. Glad you got to enjoy the discovery!
