We had a small get together with some Grands and our two Great Grands. So good to see them all again!
Great Grands are growing like weeds.
These are busy little kids. Hey Mikey loves chocolate milk and celery. Cee Cee or Miss Sassy Pants has found her voice mostly to command her mother's attention with a loud MOM!
Hey Mikey is playing Hockey now and his Mom reports he is skating better than last year. He is 4 1/2 years old.
Cee Cee is 20 months old. I told her she needs to go potty in the big girl potty..she said NO. However she laid real still when I changed her poopy diaper after her parents were going to do rock paper scissors for the honor.

Savannah and Cee Cee
Adam had to work. Noah was not feeling well. Paige was celebrating Thanksgiving with her Beau.
We appreciate all our Grands and enjoy spending time with them. We played the game Splendor and of course played with the littles and watched the Hockey game...and had a marvelous spread of snacks.
Far Side
Sounds like a great time. Well, maybe not the poopy diaper, but at least she stayed still while you dealt with it.
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful children. I think Sassy Pants is just the right name for that little one! :-)
ReplyDeleteWow, I can't believe how big Hey Mikey and little CeeCee are!! Love her attitude about the big girl potty. Hahahahaha
ReplyDeleteYour great grands could not be more adorable. I am in the same discussion with two grandsons right now! They love the idea of the paw patrol potty pants, but are not quite on board with the actual potty chair yet.
ReplyDeleteAda still is not using the potty. Everyone will be thrilled when she does🤣
ReplyDeleteThose are some real cuties! Glad you got to spend the day with them. My grands are past the potty training stage, but I do miss snuggling with those little ones.
ReplyDeleteWell, Hey Mikey and Miss CeeCee have grown up a bit since I last saw them. It will be fun to watch them grow. My littles are now big, and great grandchildren are a long way off. We did get to spend some time with them on Saturday when we picked them up from their flight from Denver.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful grandkids!!!
ReplyDeleteAwwwwww.... what beautiful pictures, Connie! What a gorgeous family you have and I'm sure you had a wonderful gathering. Puts a smile on the face, doesn't it. I don't know about you but the memories of such things take me well into the following week. ~Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteAdorable great grands! CeeCee is a cutie with the little pigtails.
ReplyDeleteThe little ones are adorable. I can't believe how big Cee Cee is already, the past 20 months have obviously flown by. Mikey is about the same age as our Eli so I can relate to his growth.
ReplyDeleteMaking memories is so much fun.
Awww, your great grands are so cute! Cee Cee has that harmless age troublesome look, lol. Glad you got together and enjoyed each others company!!
ReplyDeleteAWW, Hey Mikey and Cee Cee are so cute and she has a big girl attitude already. I'm with Hey Mikey on the chocolate milk. It's a favorite of mine. When your a grandparent, poopy diapers are no big deal are they?
ReplyDeleteOur house is awfully quiet now and I'm missing our kids something awful.
I did see all of your posts and read them all. That crochet blanket sounds like it's going to be a work of art. Far Guy can come visit and wind my yarn too! :-)
Blessings,
Betsy
What a fun time! Little CeeCee reminds me of our granddaughter Rosie who is 22 months now.
ReplyDeleteGosh! They are growing so fast! :)
ReplyDeleteA happy post grandchildren & great grands as well
ReplyDeleteYour little great grands are sure cute and getting bigger and bigger. What fun to visit with them all. Sounds like it was a swell time. Good for you guys.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a lovely visit.
ReplyDeleteYour great grands are growing up so quickly. Our grand daughter turns three in May. It was great that you all got together who could be there. Far Guy writes a great letter. My wife and I both laughed off and on through it. You card is so wonderful too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely family!
