Puzzle

We always try to put a puzzle together at Christmas time.  Jen picked out the puzzle from the puzzle stash upstairs.

It was all about trees!

Our littlest puzzler...he knew what it was called and tried to put in several pieces!

The puzzle was finished before Jen and Andy went home.

All the pieces were there...even though I declared several times that there were several pieces that did not belong in this particular puzzle!

We usually had a puzzle going when the family got together. I should get one out...in fact I may have one 'unfinished' in one of those puzzle carriers. That night be a fun activity on New Year's Eve! that "littlest puzzler" is cute!

I love that one.

Nice to have something like that, everyone can join in. Unless you're like me and don't care that much for puzzles. :-)

Good job all of you.

That looks like a fun puzzle. Now you know all the pieces were actually there and belonged, too. Like your littlest puzzler. :)

Good job! I got a beautiful puzzle from one set of grandkids for Christmas. I'm anxious to work on it over New Years - when the house is quiet and I have a few days off work.

I found the perfect puzzle for Tom... He tells me LBT stands for Laid Back Tom. And I found a puzzle of a sleeping tiger cat called Laid Back Tom. Too bad he doesn't do puzzles.

I love puzzles that have little sections to work on. They are my favorites because they make sense while you are doing them. If I ever get this mess straightened out I am going to have a dedicated puzzle table. I think they are very good for your brain and it seems, these days, I could use some help. I can't even remember to turn the dyer on anymore.

I think it's really nice that the entire family enjoys puzzles. My sister always has one on the table that she's working on. I've never really liked doing them. I get too frustrated. Love that you have a little puzzler already in training.
Blessings,
Betsy

That's a nice tradition to have. I did purchase a puzzle but our littlest puzzler is still too young to understand so I didn't bring it out. I know I'll work on it in January when the weather is ugly.

Have a great day!

I love jigsaw puzzles! We always had one set up when I lived with my parents. I remember a card table in my grandmother's solarium that always had a puzzle going, too. Unfortunately at this time our house is overrun with preschoolers and I could never keep track of the pieces. What a fun activity for Christmas day.

That sure is a cute little puzzler! I love puzzles and my grandson gave me a mystery puzzle that is a puzzle combined with a mystery story. I think January is the perfect month for doing puzzles.

Looks like fun!

We used to love doing jigsaw puzzles. Neither of us can see very well now so we sit at our computers. Not nearly as companionable as working together.

It’s beautiful! I love to do puzzles, especially now that my cat is older and doesn’t try to “help” me!

I don't have patience for jigsaw puzzles, but have to admit that one looks interesting!

We are not puzzlers, but if I do experience one in progress, it can be addictive.

Congrats on getting your puzzle put together! I sometimes have the patience for a big puzzle and sometimes not. Hope you two had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was a bit stressful as our daughter and her family came up but our eldest grandchild....granddaughter got sick and was sick the whole time they were here. So they kept her at the hotel where she basically slept most of the time away. We made the best of it and they headed back home today. Blessings to you two, always.

Love puzzles, we were at a friend's house recently for Christmas morning coffee and the kids were all in the other room working on puzzles. I used to love doing them.

I have not worked on a puzzle in years. It is too late to start unless Della and I get in to it. You need a family that can group up at your house to have that to happen. That puzzle looked complicated.
