car smart

our car is pretty smart.  It sent me a message on the instrument panel that my remote battery was getting low and should be replaced...who knew.  I dropped off Far Guy at Pulmonary Therapy and headed to the Dealership...saw our salesman as I entered the building and said "Hey Joe what do you know about remotes and low batteries?"  He didn't know much but the parts guy did.  The batteries were tested...both were low and replaced and double checked that they worked before leaving the dealership.  Joe and I had a nice talk about a 2019 Buick...blue maybe red...leather with heated seats.  Just a TALK.

Our road is a real adventure.  Construction continues.  We have other ways to get out of here but they both add 10 minutes to a trip to town....and all are dirt roads and dusty.

Our old road is at the left...the new road is on the right.   The corners will be 50 mph corners instead of 35 mph...and the ditches will be deeper allowing snow to blow across the road.  The whole project is taking a long time...seems like forever already.

I gave the smart car that sends me messages a detailing...it was over due...and the dust had collected in areas of the doors...inside and outside it is a much cleaner vehicle now...too bad it cannot clean itself.

A self-cleaning car. Good idea.

I want a self cleaning car. LOL. However there is a guy that will come to your place and do detailing around here. I may use him!
That road looks awful! We are still gravel with holes in it from this winter. I think our township ran out of money to grade the roads.

I think red for your new car is better than blue. But it sure makes sense to wait until the road is finished. :-)

I didn't even know a car had a remote battery. Guess your car is smarter than me!

I have had to replace those batteries, but my car was not smart enough to warm me! It just stopped working LOL. We have a new smart car. It has three rows of seats and tells us to check for children if they detect a weight on the rear seats. I love this alarm. My grandchildren are loud enough to remind me they are sitting there, but if such a small thing could change a life . . . And the kids love it when I act surprised that my car knows they are back there and reminds me. #FourYearOldHumor

I think you could sell that idea. If they can make a self-cleaning oven, why not a self-cleaning car? I can only imagine how much dust the road construction creates!

Road construction is always a dusty pain. Nice to know your batteries are working and the car is spiffy, though. :)

That's pretty smart for a car. Hey, give it time... One of these days cars will be cleaning themselves too.

Sorry about the roads still being worked on. Hope they're done soon, and that the long time they're taking to do it is a sign they're doing the job well.

Hmmm. What is the remote for? Obviously your car is smarter than mine. :-)

My husband's pickup had a "bad" sensor and sent him way too many messages - all false alarms! But I do like that my car reminds me to change the oil.

I drive an old, dumb car but it's been reliable. If I ever get a smart car I would like one that would clean itself. Actually there is a car with a built in vacuum - but you still have to operate it!

keyless remote it locks and unlocks the car and starts it in the winter:)

Remember when you had to fiddle with getting the key in a lock and turning it while juggling all your packages, your umbrella, and a child or three? I love that little remote unlocked! Ours isn’t as smart as yours, though. We have to figure out on our own when the battery is getting low. That’s going to be a nice new road ... eventually!

I still like the old cars...fifties , sixties. One good old battery that you could talk to.

I like the idea of a self cleaning car too. I go to the car wash several times a week. My remote batter just stops working. But my car unlocks itself as soon as I touch the handle...as long as the key is in my purse. It doesn't use the key to start it either, just push a button. Hubby likes that because he never has to carry a key to drive my car as long as I am with him. Because the key is in my purse, never touched by either of us.
Blessings,
Betsy

I felt my life was over and my kids thought they would never see their father again. i tried to be strong just for the kids but i could not control the pains that torments my heart, my heart was filled with sorrows and pains because i was really in love with my husband. Every day and night i think of him and always wish he could come back to me, I was really worried and i needed help, so i searched for help online and I came across a website that suggested that Robinson.buckler can help get ex back fast. So that was how he came back that same day, with lots of love and joy,and he apologized for his mistake, and for the pain he caused me and the kids. Then from that day,our Marriage was now stronger than how it were before, All thanks to Robinson.buckler. he is so powerful and i decided to share my story on the internet that Robinson.buckler is real spell caster who i will always pray to live long to help his children in the time of trouble, if you are here and you need your ex lover back or save your marriage fast. Good work sorting all that out. It is kind of fun thinking of a new car. I still am driving my 08 Chev Impala, kind of an old fart car, but I love it. I see you have your share of loonies in comments also. Good luck! I had the Mumbai one on mine, and it keeps cropping up!

What a nice smart car to keep you informed about the batteries.

I haven’t had that warning yet but now I am ready for it. Our car needs a thorough cleaning but I am lazy.
