It's Not Easy Being Green

These are the pictures that I have taken, that qualify for the "Green" Round Robin Photo Challenge. I am a new person to their challenge, but it should be interesting! This shot of the Pine tree was taken in a local park in August.

This is a Burr Oak (Quercus macrocarpa) Tree with its catkins, this was taken in our yard in June.
This was taken in June in a local park, the Canadian Geese were raising their young there. To me all these pictures say GREEN!

  1. Hi Connie

And Welcome to the Round Robin Challenges, my name is Carly. You did a great job with your very first time playing with us, your photos are quite lovely. I am so glad you could join us for the challenge. I hope you will play along again. We will be posting a new challenge on the Round Robin blog later this weekend, and the date for that challenge will be in a couple weeks.

Of all your photos, I think I enjoyed the middle one the best. It was such a lovely scene. So peaceful, I could look at it all night! Once again, welcome, and thanks so much for playing along with the challenge!

    Always, Carly

  2. Hi, Connie, and welcome to the Robins! I love the Burr Oak shot. I don't think I've ever seen or heard of catkins before. They're really interesting looking, especially with the contrasting shade of green. I look forward to seeing more Round Robin entries from you.

    P.S I love your dog!
