Ellipsis Monday Photo Shoot #4 Welcome to Autumn

Carly over at Ellipsis asked me to participate in the Monday Photo Shoot.
The Challenge : Welcome To Autumn! So Chance and I took off yesterday to photograph our hearts out! We walked along our country lane and captured this wild Aster blooming on the edge of the drive.
Thanks for the neighborly invite Carly!

The flowers of Fall are so beautiful and even more so because of the snow that will be here soon.
The asters were shown on our local news last night as being one of the flowers growing in unmowed fields so I'm off to look for asters this morning.
Your photo was beautiful.

Hi Connie :)

I am so happy that you joined in the Monday Photo Shoot! Lovely Aster! I am just amazed at how many flowers bloom in autumn. Spring gets all the glory sometimes, but autumn can be quite spectacular as well. I will post your link next Monday, along with a new challenge! I will be able to join us again!

All my best, Carly

I love thoe sweet little asters. We have some in our yard and the are always my last bloomers. I know it is just about over when I see them starting to bud.

Lovely. I've tried to grow asters here in SoCal, but I think it is a bit too warm where I live. Thanks for giving me a virtual show.
