The Veterans Day program at Pipers school was very good. They gave all of the Veterans poppies to wear. We owe all of these brave men and women who served our country. Blessings, Betsy
I've seen lots of posts on Facebook of people posting pictures of their family Veterans. I posted my Dad and Grandpa's pictures in their uniforms. Thank you to your family members.
My oldest brother, the smallest in the family, was a Vietnam era veteran. He drove a jeep around for a general the whole time while serving in Washington state. Never had to go to Vietnam. Nixon closed down the war about eight months before I became eligible to be drafted.
Thanks for stopping by! I appreciate your comments! If you have a question I will try to answer it here. I no longer accept anonymous comments. All comments will be approved before posting...due to spammers...may the fleas of a thousand camels infest every hair on his body. Connie
