We do miss her. She wouldn't like it here, we would have to keep her on leash!
Just a few minutes after Far Guy filled the bird feeders the local wildlife showed up to feast. Far Guy says there were four deer all together. My baby brother and his bride said they watched seven deer run down the center of the lake on the ice.

Sadie must be missing you. Deer are everywhere around here, too. :-)
Those poor tick taxis have had a long winter, too and are ready for food. Glad you could accommodate them. They are pretty and somewhat elegant to view but like you all, the ticks stress me.
Oh yes - a little doggie love is good. But you're right, she probably wouldn't like being leashed. It sure doesn't take the wild critters long to find the bird feeders, does it? The deer can't reach our feeders right now but the turkeys are back the past couple of days.
Oh poor Sadie, she must miss you both too. But she wouldn't like being kept tied up. She's a free spirit! :-) The deer are beautiful. It's been such a long winter for them this year. I'm guessing they're pretty hungry.

Sadie has a sweet smile. This winter has been terribly harsh on the big game herds in Wyoming. Many have suffered from the cold, starvation, and exhaustion, and sadly massive numbers have died.
Sadie is hard to resist. Stay strong.

That sure is a big deer. You'd have to hoist the feeder up a lot higher if you didn't want the deer to reach it.
Sadie's photo is so fun. The deer are moving in. There need the snow to melt so they can find grass. I check you temps each day and you do have melting going on for sure. Our 82° F. would sure help you out.

Ahhhh.....I bet she misses you as much as you miss her. I don't know what's happened to the deer here....they've disappeared. I used to see them every day and now there are none. I have a squirrel that practically "lives" in the bird feeder.
