Storm aftermath

It finally stopped snowing.  We have enough.

The kids should have a snow stick!

My desk in the craft room.

I  need to get this mess organized this week...I cannot work on anything without moving something.

Sunday evening...everyone is watching the Hockey game and I can tell just by the cheering what is happening...I will now join them for a few minutes...they all enjoy Hockey much more than I do.

I'd pass on the hockey--lol!
That's my kind of desk! Has lots of room to spread out. Looks like my craft tables--only mine are way more cluttered than yours at the moment. Been just stacking stuff on them for months. I hope to get mine cleaned off before spring. ;)

The snow finally ended here too for a day or so. We got plowed out twice this weekend!

However, winter is back here with cold temps and blowing snow. But we know it is March and soon enough the weather will turn warmer.

You have had a great winter thus far with projects and family fun - - whether normal cooking for supper or watching TV or working puzzles! I know the dogs are feeling abundantly blessed with extra love, too.

Spring is when we get much of our snow!

That’s a LOT of snow to shovel and move. Yes,I’d say a snow stick is in order next year!

I agree - enough is enough! Your snow piles look like ours, and it's time for those piles to start shrinking. I'm so ready for spring!

My craft room is a larger version of your desk. It's on my list of things to organize but I'm procrastinating.

Yes, yes you do have enough snow. The farmers won't need to worry about moisture this year.

We had unusual weather too, lots of snow, very cold (for the UK) with more promised but higher temperatures next week. I want to get out into the garden and work, so come on, weather gods, leave off.
I want winter gone.

What's a snow stick? Looks like way to much snow indeed. I can tell the sun is out, hopefully it will melt it for you. Peolple have had way too much snow. Happily, this year we've managed to not be where winter is. Color me a happy camper. And with any luck at all, by the time we go home, winter will be gone. YIPPEE!!

Everyone was taking hockey downstairs during coffee time this morning. I don't even know who was playing. :-) I don't understand hockey at all.
Your desk looks like a busy person works there. I admit, I need organization. Lot's of snow there, none here, but it IS cold. I just took Zoey for a short walk and about froze my fingers off. Yes, the lady who knits mittens has none for herself!
Happy Monday Connie!
Blessings and hugs,
Betsy

Sandy A snow stick just measures the amount of snow in your yard

Just checking in. Sounds like you are getting lots of snow. I am still getting one week of chemo every month. Good news. The crocuses and daffodils are blooming. They will be blooming up your way. Spring is coming. Take care.

We have a snowscape something like that. I went to a high school that was a powerhouse in hockey at the time. Hockey doesn't interest me. What is on the end of that mallet the Saint is holding?

Sunday evening I was watching the Oscars, even though I know very little about most of the movies. It's entertaining without issues.
Your kids do need a snow stock!

That's a lot of snow. We're have had 30 mm of rain in the past 24 hours. I think that would be a little more than an inch. The internet tells me an inch of rain would be 10 inches of snow. I'm thankful ours came down as rain. I'm not sure why I found this so interesting. Sorry.

Glad it's stopped snowing there now. Good luck organizing your craft table. My hubby's a fan of hockey, but I'm not, so I let him watch it while I do other things.

Gosh, it sure is pretty to look at, but it also made me tired, just thinking about shoveling it all. :-)

I don’t need to complain about my 54 degree high today. You make me see my blessings.

I don’t like watching hockey, but love watching golf. Yelp, I’m strange.

Ah yes......snow....it's been quite the winter for that and it's not over yet! Your desk does look busy...full of many full projects I'm sure!

That's a lot of shoveling! Thank goodness it's been a couple of years since we've had a snow like that one. If they decide to get a snow stick it's going to have to be a BIG one!

Love your craft desk/room! Is that a fireplace too? How cozy is that?
