So sorry you are sick on your birthday - - - but so very glad you are still here to Celebrate another one! You can party another day. The crud that Far Guy has could probably be side effects but could also be the virus that has made the rounds in TN. And both flu and COVID have been in the area. Some who had symptoms similar to FG did not test positive until after being sick for about three days. Guess it doesn't matter what it is at this point but rather just focusing on recovery. So thankful you usually have extra food in the freezer so you don't have to spend much time in the kitchen while working on ingesting good nutrition.
I wish you felt better for your birthday. Maybe next week you can get out and eat our for your birthday. My Chicago family, all but one, have a form of covid right now. Get better!!!! Happy Birthday!!!!
