I still have two little crazy quilts my grandmother made me. We used them as lap blankets, napping blankets, and then baby blankets too. They are perfect. When I settle down eventually, I think I will make some. The last quilts I made still are being used today...20 yrs later too!
Pretty colors and very nice quilt. My mom collected them and when she died, her daughters (including me) took the ones we liked. I wore mine all out, sadly. :-)
Love the colours. It is beautiful.
So bright & colorful, I like it!!
Very pretty. And a nice size small quilt.
Such precise work with all of those tiny little squares.
I really like the bright colors. Small quilts are useful in so many ways. Blessings,Betsy
Very pretty - a nine patch within a nine patch!
Lovely quilt! It looks like an antique one or vintage which is my favorite and hard to duplicate. I'm just getting back into quilting now since Christmas is over.
Very pretty and has a sweet vintage vibe to it.
Such cheerful colors in that quilt!
What a special gift of love from your Mom. That is why I started making quilts - so I could have a way to give my love to my loved ones when I was not there.
That's a pretty little quilt.
That's quite a colourful little quilt. Little or not I can just imagine all the work that goes into making one.
Oh how nice, what a lovely gift
It truly is beautiful - a work of HEART!
Your mom’s quilt is so beautiful. She does a great job with color and design. My mom use to make lap robes and banner-like pieces for hanging. When I cleared out the house people preferred taking them as they had so many quilts from her already. We are a balmy 50 degrees and our new car wash has a dozen palm trees in a row.
Perfect little lap blanket too. Your mother is pretty darned amazing!
