Far Guy took a few photos of Adam’s VEX Robotics Tournament.
Adam’s father was asking him why the robot quit? “Because someone didn’t change the battery.”
Their group won first place. Three teams worked together at different parts of the tournament.
There is one more tournament before they go to State. They are already going but will use the next tournament for more experience.
Way to go Adam!
I look forward to seeing your Shiny Brite tree, Connie. Yes, we got 6" of snow, the earliest snow I can ever remember in 60 years! It melted by noon the next day.
That's such a neat activity for high school kids. They look like they are having a great time, too.
Congratulations to Adam and his team.
Congratulations Adam and friends! This is something I have only recently heard of, and it seems to be catching on in other schools, too. :-)
Looks like a fun competition! I'd love to see something like that in my area.
Looks like quite an adventure! Congrats to their team.
I hope Chance is feeling okay?
I like it all. Such great memories he will have from doing this. Our last 25 wedding pictures didn't get taken because our photographer didn't bring extra batteries. That is such a great competition.
Congrats to Adam and his team!
He is better, but still a little "off" for him. Our friend who is a Vet says to keep him on rice and boiled hamburger for about a week. He is peeing and pooping but you can tell he still feels partly rotten>
Good luck to Adam and the team for the state competition.
Good for Adam and his team. Sounds like a great experience.
Well done! And what fun.
Good luck to the Arctic Knights when they get to the state competition!
I love seeing kids doing STEM work!!!!
