Some of the Maples have some really good color.
One by one the leaves give up and change color.
I hope they hang on for a few more days. I will get my last day of vacation this Saturday..so if the leaves last four more days I will get many more photos:)
Maple leaves are my favorites. Great pictures.
Beautiful color! Ours are changing too and I admire them around town. Got to get that camera out! :-)
Very pretty. I'm not sure what kind of color we'll get here this year. Will live vicariously through yours. Hope you get a good day off :-).
The leaves are beautiful. Fall is here.
The maples are indeed pretty amazing when they turn! Hope they last for you too....
Good luck with all you have to do this week, and don't get blown away like some of those maple leaves.. Hang tight
They are pretty, and I bet you can't wait to get out there and take photos of them turning.Don't work too hard.Jen @ Muddy Boot Dreams
Our leaves really haven't started to change color. I think we're several weeks behind you. BTW, I'm reading a book where part of it is set in MN. The areas mentioned are Hibbings and Chisolm near iron ore mines. Fiction or fact? The book is The Shoemaker's Wife by Adriana Trigiani.Peace,Muff
Some have fully changed and some haven't . The weather here has been so up and down I think the trees are very confused ! Lovely photos ! I am going out this weekend to take fall scenery photos . Have a wonderful day !
Super color! We never see that here. Today we have some wind and the leaves are falling like a blizzard.
Love maple leaves!! They have the best shape and the best color...and even give syrup, right? Not that I know anything about tapping trees for syrup, but I know how to use it on pancakes and waffles and am very grateful for real maple syrup. ;)Counting down the days!! :)
We are starting to get some nice colors but I don't think this year is going to be one of our best when it comes to the fall colors on the leaves! You leaves are getting pretty.
Those are lovely; I hope you have a great weekend of foliage fotos!
Hi Muff, Yes Hibbing and Chisolm are both in Iron Ore mine areas:)
I love the riot of fall color in your area. Our Aspens are pretty, but can't hold a candle to other hardwoods that show orange, red and purple! Love to see the changes.
Whether the leaves hold out those four more days or not, I'm sure you will find a way to get stunning photos. You always seem to make the ordinary seem so notable.
Gorgeous photos. Thank you! :o)
I sure hope they are hanging in there for you! Three more days! I hope they hang in there for even more - I love autumn and I think everyone should have a nice long lovely autumn!
