A dog waits

Poor Sadie waits for her people.  She is a tad depressed when they leave.

She has multiple bored waiting positions.  She makes us smile everyday.

She walks on the treadmill...I will take a photo someday soon.

We had a very quiet day yesterday, I crocheted and watched The Masked Singer and Far Guy rolled some yarn into balls for me and he had a nap.

What an adorable picture! You can see her pining in that position. Thanks for sharing Sadie!

I am just getting around to commenting. I have been washing walls in a bathroom - - getting ready to paint. It has been years. Hadn't planned on doing it this week but the handyman is going to put up crown sometime soon so I really want the top few feet/inches done before that so I won't have to "cut".
I am so happy you all are moved into your winter home again. It seemed good for everyone last year. You are closer to doctors/hospitals - - correct? Plus not having to do snow removal is huge! Winter in the country limits outside travel, too it seems.
We look forward to hearing about the sweet pups again - - and the meals you all create. Each day with loved ones is a gift. So thankful you have been given more of them.

Sadie will hopefully perk up more with you and FG there during the day to keep her company.

She has a strong bond to her people. Your being there will cause her to change some of that behavior. She is a full grown dog now.

I understand bored positions. I’m not a worker like you.

Beautiful dog, beautiful woodwork! You must really enjoy having a sweet dog in your life for a while, and I’m sure she is glad for the company when her people are out.

Once Sadie clues in that you two are there for a while she will be less bored. They are such great dogs. My favourite breed next to Border Collies.

Sounds like a very peaceful kind of life out there.

Sounds like a nice, quiet beginning to your stay there at Jen and Andy's place. Sadie should perk up a bit with you and far guy there during the day, don'tcha think?

To be loved so much by a dog is one of the greatest honors in life. It is so nice that Sadie will have you guys when her other family is gone.
