Lotza Bows

I have been tying bows to beat the band.  Our wood carved Christmas Ornament requires a bow and a string to hang the ornament.   It is putzy work...it takes me about an hour to tie twelve bows and get them exactly right.  Yes, I am a bit fussy!

Far Guy has been doing an awesome job painting the carvings.  When the windy cold weather keeps him indoors he likes doing a project.

Some of the ornaments are headed out of the house this weekend...that way they won't have to be mailed!

I will guess that we are about half done with the project.

Sometimes it's useful to be fussy like that. I look forward to seeing what you two have come up with this year. :-)

Well done you two! That is a lot of bows. Nothing wrong with being fussy.

bow making is a definite art!

Pretty red ribbon and floss! It’s difficult for me to tie a decent looking bow: invariably it tilts to one side or the other.

Whatever they are, they are going to be cute with those tiny bows!

That's quite the job! My arthritic hands would not allow me to do this. I bet those ornaments are lovely. I'd like some photos. :)

Show us a bow. I know it’s a work of art like all your other projects.

Well, I like the bright red floss. We be anticipating seeing the complete ornament, but I can wait. It's not even November yet.

That could get to be a nerve racking job. I know they will look pretty and you will stay on the job until they are done. I like the red ribbon so I am sure they enhance the ornament.

The red color is gorgeous. I am not good at making bows...glad someone is. I keep meaning to learn one of these days.
