Nordic Mosaic

I am making progress on my Nordic Mosaic project.

There are nine parts to the blanket;  Hygge Cross, Guardian Angel, Nordic Snowflake and at the very top I am working on Wintergreen Trees.  So I am not half way done yet! Each section has a different pattern.

I love the red and cream colors.  I am very pleased with how it is turning out.

If you can do a single crochet, a double anchored crochet and you can count then you could do a Mosaic project too!

It turned cold here it was -17 F or -27 C so I did not venture out.

How beautiful, like all your other work.

That project is so gorgeous! I love your colors, too. I believe I could do the Mosaic crochet but have difficulty finding any extra time to finish projects now. Thank you for continuing to share with us.

Very pretty! I will have to check out mosaic crochet at some point...at this time I have no idea what an double anchored crochet is, but the rest is familiar. I assume it is much like color work in knitting - which I'm not proficient in either.

Enjoy!

Yikes! You are far north, we have only been single digits overnight. I REALLY like this planet and I cannot do any of that except perhaps count. : )

You only choose hard stuff to do…I’m the other side of the coin. Easy peasy—my choice.

Gorgeous! Anxious to see this progress. Spotted you on a mutual friends blog and thought I'd pop in. It's always fun to meet new bloggers. I've not heard of a double anchored crochet and am going to have to google it. Burrrr, your temps are cold, good to stay inside and crochet.

It sure is pretty. And yes I can do those crochet moves and can count, but getting around to doing it is another matter altogether. It's gorgeous, though. Glad you are motivated.

I probably would screw up the counting. It is a beautiful sets of patterns. I like the striking red and white.

That's a gorgeous one too! Did you finish Winter Wonderland? Is this one all red and cream? I prefer cream always to white...not sure why. Except for white blouses, I am not a fan of pure white. I plan on getting back to the mosaic after Christmas so I can focus on it.
