Everyone is back safely from Hawaii and Sadie is thrilled that they are back! Far Guy and I are happy too! We missed them!

They brought back pineapple and it is delicious.

  1. My Dad was in Hawaii during WW II. He said the pineapples were so good, he ate until he made his mouth sore! I bet these are delicious. I’m surprised they were able to bring these home though. Bet it feels good NOT to be in charge.

  5. This is the second comment, Connie, because I don't think the first one went through. If it did, you can delete this one. I'm glad the vacationers got home safe & sound and had a good time. I can almost taste those pineapples through the computer screen. Yummo! Love, Andrea xoxo

  8. Oh my, can’t remember the last time I’ve seen anything but pure green pineapples in a market. They aren’t even the same critter as a ripe pineapple in Hawaii. Enjoy!

  9. Yum!! How nice that you also get to enjoy fresh pineapple. Glad they were allowed. Must have been heavy and bulky, but no doubt worth it.

  10. Oh I bet those pineapples are wonderful! The one time we went to Hawaii I thought the best part was the breakfast buffet where there was all this fresh fruit....sooooo good!

  11. When my brother and SIL brought back pineapple from Hawaii we found out just how inferior our store-bought ones were.

  12. Oh yes - that fresh pineapple IN Hawaii was just amazing. FROM Hawaii would be almost as good. Yum!
