August

I changed out the wreath on the door as August  took over for July.

Quiet day on Saturday...we made a trip to recycle and I napped all afternoon.   I did some laundry and started a new crochet project.

We got 3/8's of an inch of rain late on Friday night...so that helped out the grass.

  6. We got over 2" of rain while we were gone to my class reunion. We're very happy to get that rain, especially this time of year.

  13. Since Saturday, we've had nearly 3 inches of rain and most of the heavy stuff missed us!

The heat and the rain produced a big spurt of growth in the yard! Yikes. I guess that will be the next project this week when it dries out around here.
