It is spitting rain here from time to time. No snow, but the sky is dark and the wind is blowing. Up North at Jen and Andy's house winter has returned with twelve plus inches of snow. I am thrilled for them.
We had a busy day; ran errands to Wally World, Post Office and the Meat Market. Stopped by my parents and Dad knew who I was. They are moving into Assisted Living on Wednesday. My other baby brother and his work crew are helping as is his wife, Stacey and Megan. I will join them and do what I can.

The brain dead lady at the Post Office told me I didn't need tracking on my packages...talk about lazy.
The fellows at the Meat Market were happy to see me again. Meat prices have stayed about the same there. Town was fairly busy.

Rain here today with possible severe storms. I am so tired of all the rain; but better that than snow. Can't believe that Easter is on Sunday. Glad your dad knew who you were.
Yes it should be easier on Mom and they are just 15 - 20 minutes away from my brothers and I.
We had a doozy of a storm last night. They moved into Iowa where I think a lot more damage was done. Most of the sightings here were in the country where there were no buildings.
I'm praying that the move goes well today and your parents settle in quickly. I'm sure it will be a big adjustment for them but no house worries will make it so much easier on your Mom.
No tracking? What is she thinking? Oh yes, that's right. She's not.

That storm is very concerning as that's a dangerous amount of snow. Some forecasts are for 3 ft of snow. That's crazy. We are not involved in this snow. It's just windy here.
Maybe if you get rain, it’ll wash away some snow. I hope your Mother loves the new place.
We got a little rain and a little pebble sized hail. But just south of us they got baseball sized hail about supper time last night. Glad that wasn't us! Hope the move for your folks goes smoothly.
Snow here today but we're getting the least of it compared to other areas, so I'll take it.

We had a storm last night, it's just cloudy today. So far April is acting like April. It's nice for you your dad new you. I think the move will be a relief for everyone.
The move will be big adjustment for your parents, but will give them and your family more peace of mind.

Sounds like a pretty nice day. After freezing temperatures and freezing hail last weekend, we are almost 70 degrees today (and wind and rain because). And this weekend we will be back in the 30's again. But I am not complaining after looking at your snow. Twelve more inches is just crazy.
Sometimes getting hydrated properly and get rid of the infections , can help a lot on folks cognition. I hope it lasts.
I hope the move with your parents goes really well. It will be a big adjustment for them.

Glad all your errands went well and that you're not getting snow. When we walk out of church tomorrow night, there will be snow on the ground. Oh well.
12"+ that is a lot and I am sure they must have gotten more than that. I was surprised to hear that some interstates are still closed (I am happy it went around us) at least that round. The water started running here again today - there is a lot more snow to melt.

Be careful and don't over do your hand trying to heal. Are your parents okay with the move or is it hard on them? At least they are together. So nice they have help to move them. Did they have to get rid of a lot of things? I'm doing that Swedish Death cleaning as we speak.
I wish we had a meat market. It was 35 here this morning but the hummers are back!

Glad your dad knew who you were. Moving is a royal pain. They will be safer there and your mom will have help, but it is a royal pain. Don't so too much with that hand.
We do have snow now today. Just a little. Not the dumping they got west of us in ND.

I’m sorry to hear your parents had to go into Assisted Living. But, at least they have each other and are not going to be alone. My mom is your dad’s age and is living alone at home now, with a lady who comes in and helps with certain tasks. She went crazy last fall/winter when she was in assisted living after a fall. I hope your parents have a good place and family to check on them and make sure they are getting what they need.
