Wistful Wednesday: Chuckie’s Cart

My cousin Chuckie still has a cart filled with flowers in his yard in the summertime.

I think the donkey and cart pattern was originally Uncle Wilberts.

My parents had two of these carts filled with flowers out in front of their house at the resort. My Mother used to plant Geraniums in hers too.

It was fun to see, I had almost forgotten about them.

I'm thinking of trying out some odd and different containers for flowers again this year. I do like geraniums, they are so beautiful.

I love the heart cut-outs in the cart wheels.

Uncle Wilbert's really cute pattern should be saved! I know some folks that would make this cart for their flowers!

It's adorable! I prefer geraniums because they are so hardy.

I like it when old customs are continued to be carried on. Nostalgia is a good feeling.

I remember seeing those before in my younger years. It is a very old pattern.
