We will have a quiet day reflecting on thoses things we are thankful for; each other, family, friends, a home that is warm and comfortable and food on our table. I wish all those blessings for you as well.
This monsterous Pileated Woodpecker had quite a feast at our feeders…his feast came one day before our Thanksgiving.

You have a great Thanksgiving. Ours will be very quiet as well.
Have a great day, Connie & Far Guy.
Happy Thanksgiving to you guys!!! Quiet here too except for me screaming support for "Da Bears"! LOL! Don't forget the parade this morning too! Santa will be there!
Hugs ~ Sam
P.S. I know it is rough when there is someone missing at or under the table....know you are in my thoughts and prayers for the holidays.
Thinking of you and Far Guy today.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Wishing you and all your family a very happy Thanksgiving. You and yours are part of what I am most thankful for on this Thursday set aside for gratitude. :-)
Have a wonderful day.
That is one gorgeous bird. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, Connie and Gene! We are having the same type of day! Happy Thanksgiving. Your photo is great!
Happy Thanksgiving to you both! :)

Sending a thankful hug to my cyber friend and her family. Be well and happy.
Happy Thanksgiving my friend. Our plans changed unexpectedly and we’re alone here too. I hope your day is wonderful.
Blessings,
Betsy
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
We are enjoying a quiet day also - somebody is napping and I am baking some pumpkin pie muffins :) Happy Thanksgiving to you both!
Happy Thanksgiving to you both!
That Woodpecker could make a block of suet disappear pretty fast I imagine.
I would be over the moon if one of those amazing Pileated Woodpeckers, which do make themselves known in the trees around our house, would come to my suet feeder. You are so lucky! We were given an assignment at church last week -- list 100 things you are thankful for. Your blog posts are one of them.
Another Thanksgiving with so much to be thankful for. We had a quiet day, as well. Sometimes, it's those quiet ones which mean the most...
What a beauty! Happy Thanksgiving to all :-).
