It was frosty here on Monday, I heard it rained a bit and it was slippery out in the early morning.
I made it to my PT appointment just fine. I am tired ...but that is nothing new.
I spent the afternoon sorting photos and getting up to stretch and walk around every little bit. Far Guy watched Movies on his I pad.
We had leftover calzones for supper.
Minnesota weather: Frosty High 28F or -2C Low was 21F or -6C eh! Nice weather for January!

I sure hope the PT helps with the aches and pains in your back. I've had to do a lot of stretching and moving the past few days to keep the aches at bay.
ReplyDeletePT always wore me out. But it was a "good" kind of tired I guess. It was almost 50 here yesterday but grey and dreary. Our snow is gone other than a few dirty piles here and there. I hate brown winters. I had an appointment with my new PA at the clinic yesterday in order to renew my prescriptions. I was afraid to touch anything in that clinic with all the sick people around here. Lots of folks wearing masks in the waiting room.
ReplyDeleteCalzones....yum! We are covered in a sheet of ice.
ReplyDeleteOh my! On top of what was out there you now have an ice sheet. Be careful outside.
ReplyDeleteThat's so pretty!
ReplyDeleteA good Winter picture. Maybe today can be a rest day. Turn on the electric blanket and take you a good nap. Leftover Calzones sounds pretty good to me. Y'all stay warm!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you soon get those aches and pains out of the way. I'm making Potato Soup for dinner and hoping to get some knitting in too.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
Your calzones sound good. We have had a lot of rain turning to ice here too. So glad you made it to your PT safely, and back home again. Take good care!
ReplyDeleteThiis month and next month are the tough part of winter. I think endure would be a good word for it.
ReplyDeleteYou do have nice weather. It finally warmed up today to -6
ReplyDeleteVery dark and rainy here. I'll post about what kept us busy.
ReplyDeleteYour weather for January is quite nice. Fingers crossed it continues that way through the month.
