Aubrey Holding Back The Storm

The first winter storm of the season is named Aubrey.

Well here is our Aubrey holding back the storm named after her!  She says she forecasts no snow for us only rain!

Aubrey is feeling much better after her surgery she informed me yesterday that she lost a stitch and a couple of scabs.  Her Mom says she has a whole bunch of stitches in her mouth.
She is smiling!

Aubrey's efforts paid off - only a bit of snow fell, but it's dang cold! Glad to hear she is recovering well.

It worked! We got a light dusting during the night and there are a few flakes flying yet this morning. So just the wind and the cold arrived. West of us they did get snow but not as much as predicted unless it happens today.

How courageous of her, going face to face with her namesake! I love that she's smiling through it all and pray that the healing continues to go well.
We STILL have snow in our yard. I was hoping it would melt by now, but nope.
Blessings,
Betsy

It's good to see that Aubrey has her sense of humor in tact as she deals with the discomfort of her surgery.
