When I first visited the Red Bridge Park which is really a rusty bridge park, there was a rock that was empty.
The other day we stopped by the park again. This time the rock was occupied.
Soon the old railroad trestle will be history too.
It remains a popular place to have your photo taken.
Everyone here is in recouperation mode. One day at a time. Far Guy is still sore from his surgery, Chance is still hungry and sleeping a lot. I am headed for the Clinic this morning…I suspect that the ice pick in my ear is not really an ice pick but an ear infection. If it aint one thing it is another. Far Guy says we should take bets on who will croak first…him, me or the dog.
I do hope you all recuperate soon! Goodness, perhaps you all can feel better and enjoy your glorious MN falls!
Love the turtle sculpture. I do like a man with a sense of humor. One lives here.
I love the turtle! The ice-pick-in-the-ear sounds awful. Hope you get some relief quick, and Chance and Far Guy continue to improve.
Good luck at the doctor's, Connie. It does seem like everyone is kind of falling apart all at once. But things are looking up, it seems. Nobody is allowed to croak! :-)
Praying for a speedy recovery for all 3 of you. Love the turtle sculpture. At least Far Guy still has a sense of humor thru all of this.
A good sense of humour does wonders for your health.
No croaking, any of you!
I agree - no croaking allowed! But you have to love Far Guy's sense of humor. Hope you all feel better soon.
I'm adding my vote...no croaking allowed.
NO CROAKING ANY OF YOU!!!
Don't talk about croaking. I tell my kids I'll outlive them and they won't get my money!!!
No croaking allowed! I hope you find out what’s wrong with your ear and get it taken care of quickly. Prayers for quick healing for all three of you. Love that little turtle sculpture. Well, I guess it’s not so little is it? Ha! I hope your day turns out to be a good one. Blessings, Betsy
Yikes. Not good. My spouse starts crying and then asks what will happen to her when I croak. On a more positive not that railroad trustle looks familiar but I can't place it.
Love the junkyard turtle!
Always something--good grief! I hope they get you on some meds and then you will all be officially in recovery mode.
I like that turtle
Oh dear! All three of you are having "issues" and that's definitely not good.
I sure hope your ear problem is helped by antibiotic.
Oh my! Hope you get some antibiotics to help your "ice pick" ear. Glad the Mr. and Chance are doing better.
Croaking is for frogs, not you three!
Oh, come on....all three of you are still young...even Chance as we are all living longer these days.....hopefully? But it is time consuming to take care of your health....no doubt about it...and pricey too!
Oh man, you all feel well soon!
I don’t know why there are a certain kind of person out there that thinks tearing old things down is a good idea.
