We had a busy day.
Waited in line for 2 hours to get Chance his vaccinations…he is good for another year. He will be 14 this Fall.
He is doing his best to contribute to June’s shrinkage. He likes having a snowbank to crunch snow from. Another day or two and June should be history...will she make it to May? Only time will tell.
I had a long nap. I still have pain…it is exhausting. Far Guy did a whole bunch of stuff in the yard…he has lots of energy for an old guy. He is still cooking…I had ice cream for lunch.
Oh, I hope you feel better soon. Just takes a while to heal up after such an ordeal. I doubt June will last till May if it stays this warm. But in the shade, who knows. ;) Take care. I'm glad FarGuy is feeling better so he can take care of you now. :)

ReplyDeleteYou poor thing....my mouth is starting to hurt just thinking of you! My girls are due this week for their shots too. I think they will be 14 or 15 in August....I can never remember for sure. I'm sure Chance will live beyond expectations as he is so loved and well taken care of.

ReplyDeleteBarney has given us two bad weeks. We now have him on a basic dog food, lamb and rice with added cooked hamburger or chicken. He became allergic to corn or wheat and he wasn’t digesting any of it. I think the company must have changed their recipe because he just could not handle it anymore. He is now back on track and he seems content. Infection is a bad scene and let the world take care of your.
ReplyDeleteI guess it is good that Chance is enjoying June since he will hopefully have to wait a good bit before he gets to eat snow again. I do hope you feel better soon. Mouth pain is so miserable. It is great that Far Guy is cooking. You gotta love a guy that cooks!
ReplyDeleteWe took Max for ice cream the other day, finally a nice day. He hates to ride in the car but we are hoping to tempt him with ice cream, lol.... Hope you feel better soon. We take turns here taking care of one another. That's what happens to us ole folks. Hugs, lj
