Tomato Report

Our one little Yellow Pear Tomato plant likes the sheep tank and being next to the garage.

Even the parts that fell over in the wind are doing okay.  I will need a ladder to pick tomatoes before long.

Right now we get about two sometimes three ripe tomatoes per day.

We had a quiet day...we did a few errands in town and then went to our usual Sunday Lupper Patio spot because this Sunday that little town will be full of people...so we did Sunday on Friday and will try out a different place on Sunday.  That is a win win for cooking!

Minnesota Weather:  We got about 1/3 of an inch of rain...enough to perk up the brown lawn.  High 78F or 26C   Low 57F or 14C

  1. Are you folks enjoying a "long" weekend as some parts of Canada are? This is the last "long" weekend for families with children in many school districts in Ontario. I guess I don't need to tell you how insanely busy town was yesterday.

  2. I'm with you...avoid crowds as much as possible.
My tomatoes are showing no sign of ripening but I'm sure it won't be long.

  6. I love a garden-fresh tomato, especially one of the supper juicy kind.

  7. My tomatoes all outgrew their cages and then the branches collapsed due to too many tomatoes. But they are still producing about a five gallon bucket of ripe tomatoes a week so I’m not complaining.

  9. That is definitely at all tomato plant! It likes the sheep tank. We went to lunch Thursday at Cheddars with my sister. We really like eating there. Dennis almost always gets meatloaf, I try a variety of things.
