Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we had great food; smoked ribs, potato salad, cornbread and fruit....it was all delicious.
Christmas Eve Day Andy wanted to learn how to make my potato salad...so we did it together and he did a thing! Complete with photos and everything!
The Grands and Great Grands will have it as long as there is an Internet!
Today (Friday) Far Guy has his weekly Infusion. Not sure what I will do...read in the car most likely.

ReplyDeleteThat looks really yummy Connie. We are in for absolute misery today here in E.Ontario. It is -22C as I type. It;s going to warm up a wee bit and bring in heavy snow and freezing rain. I'm worried about my grandies driving west of Toronto through the worst of it. :(

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't touch potato salad until I was around 20. I was not fond of mayo. Then, I became a bit more adventurous with my food choices, and now I adore potato salad. Your recipe sounds wonderful. You use more eggs than I do, and I use Duke's or Hellman's Mayo. Some time I'll need to get Miracle Whip and try your version. Thanks for sharing, and the Grands and littles are lucky to have the training and recipe.

ReplyDeleteI also made Hummus for the first time. My 5 yr old granddaughter said she didn't like it, she looooved it!! Not once, but twice. Made my day :))
LD...My wife use to make great potato salad. We don't have enought people to eat it anymore. It is one of my favorite foods and one tbsp. of sugar doesn't bother me. The carbs do but I don't eat so much.
