Wistful Wednesday: Midway Memories

Last summer my baby brothers best friend stopped by.  It was good to see him!  At one point he worked for Far Guy’s parents.  I asked him if he had any old photos that he could share with us.  A few weeks later I got them by email.

This was 1973 or 1974.  In 1973 we were stationed in Florida so Far Guys parents had to hire some help.

  9. I had forgotten about the cranes until you started sharing them. They were a whole lot more fair in retrieving things than the ones in restaurants today. I never one anything on them though but kept shelling out the quarters to try, try again. I did see people winning on those machines.

Thanks for stopping by! I appreciate your comments! If you have a question I will try to answer it here. Connie
