Greats

Cee Cee had a minor surgery yesterday to put tubes in her ears. Hopefully she will be able to hear better.  She has very thick ear wax that clogs her ears.  Early indications are that she can hear better, she says she can...but she still talks loudly.

Peach, Baby K, Hey Mikey and front and center Cee Cee.  Jen took this photo and Maddie had it on her facebook post so I shamelessly stole it from her!

We will be seeing more of the Greats when we are up in East Grand Forks Minnesota/Grand Forks North Dakota over the Winter.

Jen sent me this photo last night with all the Great Girls!  She went over to check on Cee Cee after her surgery....and for hugs and snuggles!

  2. I love the picture. Laura’s three had ear problems too. Greta’s were the very worse.

You’ll be wintering away again. Won’t be long til you move as winter is near.

  4. Hope Cee Cee’s surgery takes care of her hearing problem. As someone with profound hearing loss, I can sympathize. RHill, TX

  9. Tubes in ears. Ah yes, I remember Son Jake had ear infections and tubes done several times when he was little. Not fun for him or his mother.

  10. Sweet photos. Hmmmm, my grandson is very loud, and has copious ear wax - perhaps his hearing needs to be checked!

  11. They are quite adorable. Youngest Son had tubes put in his twice ( after the first set fell out ). He was prone to earaches. Sure makes washing hair a pain though.

I talk louder and louder, too, as my hearing gradually goes.

  13. I used to hear a lot more about kids getting tubes in their ears than I do now. I sure hope it helps CeeCee. I love the photos today. They obviously love their Great-aunt Jen. Are you heading north soon?
    Blessings,
