I spent the weekend catching up with some projects that have been on hold.
Some family history research, working with old photos, testing my sock pattern and cleaning out the inside of the car.
My Mom's flowers along Dad's garage.
I wounded my lawn mower last week...I didn't totally wreck it but will have to get some parts and help fix it. In the meantime I
stole borrowed my baby brothers zero turn. All the lawns are mowed...well except for the hilly parts at my baby brothers...I just don't do hills.
This week we have multiple Doctors appointments. Eight I believe...it is what we do.

Eight doctors' appointments. Guess that is most of your "social life" for the coming week. That's what my friends and I call weeks like you are facing. Good luck with your appointments.

ReplyDeleteOh...8! My goodness. Yep I caught up yesterday also. Surgery for the knee is on the 22nd, supposed to be an easy one but lots of prep. I need to send in our skid steer! It isn't wounded but needs fluid changes and such and a battery. Uffda. Hope the appts go well.
ReplyDeleteOur lawn mower is finished with as of yesterday. Kaput. Instead of investing a couple grand in another one I'm going to pay the neighbour to mow.

We were talking about this in Sunday School yesterday. How we all have so many doctor appointments and how we all keep up with them...this led to a discussion on meds, and some write it down..but I have alarms for all...take your pill, see your doc...argh...getting older is not for sissies. Our lawn mower quit a couple of months ago, and I loved it. This new one we bought blows teeny tiny bits of grass back up into my face. New is not better, that's for sure. Have a good week.

Your mom’s flowers look great. I bet one could talk gardens with here for quite a while. I can’t image the stack of paperwork that they will have after all those appointments.
