Unexpected

We went on an adventure on Saturday afternoon.
Not far from home and just a short adventure before nap time.

Anyways...along the way I noticed something strange. On our way back we stopped for a photo.

Do you see it?

How about now?  A Shiny Brite tree along the road!    There are no houses nearby.
Someone probably wanted to make people smile.  And it worked.

  2. Several years ago, my Mom and I decorated a tree alongside the road. It was fun.

  3. And such a lovely tree too! Down where we lived before moving to this place the road was busy with walkers (with and without dogs) and there was a little tree in the ditch that was always decorated with Christmas ornaments. It was delightful!

  4. How fun is that! I wonder if they come back and watch to see if people stop and notice - or if they just quietly smile and KNOW that they've brought a smile and wonder to someone's day.

  5. I love it! We see trees decorated along the road here occasionally but usually close to a housing developement. You are right, it does make people smile!

  9. There are spots along some roads that have a portion of a bluff decorated for each season.

  11. I noticed the perfectly shaped little tree, but not the ornaments. I guess someone thought it was a perfect Christmas tree, Christmas or not.
