This weeks trail cam showed lots of Chance coming and going, Odda coming for a visit but no bear!
This deer visited during the day and at night. They think that the wildflower garden is pretty tasty. When I sprayed for poison ivy I noticed a few things had been trimmed.
I missed the Stanley Cup Play Offs but Far Guy gave me a recap of the game…so glad The Capitals won! Warroad Minnesota should be very proud of their home town player! I went to Bingo with my Dad, we were both lucky and each shouted Bingo once!
I imagine it is hard to keep the deer out of the gardens. I know my mom lived in the woods years ago and had trouble with the deer eating her flowers and apple trees many years ago. She also had a bear that would come and visit her bird feeder which she had to take down in the spring...!
ReplyDeleteI love your trail cam. Wish we had one. We have been seeing quite a few opossum around here lately; and they are huge. Hubby almost ran over a pair early yesterday morning on his way to work. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteCertainly glad the bear decided to move on. . .
ReplyDeleteFunny how the deer is almost exactly the same, day and night. Of course that is the spot the camera picks up the movement and takes the pic. We haven't had our cam up for quite a while. We couldn't figure out a good spot to put it that wasn't always taking pictures of us or the dogs going by. I have used blood meal to keep deer away. Chance might like it though, and it would not be good for him.
ReplyDeleteI think trail cams are a lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteSo if you shouted bingo, how much money can I borrow from you
ReplyDelete$36 was the take, that won't go far:)
DeleteIt is fun to see pictures from your trail cam. There is always something interesting going on in the wilderness. In the city people have front door cams but unfortunately they catch a different kind of wilderness like people stealing packages!
ReplyDeleteHaving a trail cam is quite the adventure.
ReplyDelete/congrats to you and your dad for being winners!! :)
I enjoy seeing the scenes from your trail cam. It’s funny that the deer comes to the same place whether it’s daytime or night time.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Betsy
I was going to ask how much you won at Bingo but I see you answered that question in a comment reply. Nice that your Dad won as well.
ReplyDeleteThat's more than I thought you would win in Bingo. Maybe it would be fun to play someday when I'm old. :-)
ReplyDeleteDan watched the Stanley Cup Play Offs, and was glad the Capitals won. I pulled for them because he did. Glad your dad won at bingo.
