I took a few rows out of Cee Cee's coodie and now it fits much better! She likes the sparkly yarn.
Almost a perfect fit. No chance of the North Dakota wind sneaking in around her neck!
Now I can focus on my other crochet projects!
The Gluten Free Sour Dough starter was used to make a loaf of flat as a pancake bread. I am not hopeful for a great taste... the rest of the starter is in the fridge where I have to feed it once every 3 to 7 days.
We had a quiet Sunday, the weather is changing and my entire body is protesting.
Monday I am scheduled for injections in my back...we will see if that make a difference.
Far Side
Cee Cee looks pretty excited!
ReplyDeleteHow perfect is that? You customized the fit!
ReplyDeleteHopefully your injections help, fingers crossed.
Both of those beautiful little girls look so cute modeling their new coodies. Bread baking is something I gave up many years ago, as most of my efforts were failures no matter what recipe I tried. LOL My knees have been so painful yesterday and today, but all that snow stayed well north of us. Hope your injection gives some relief.
ReplyDeleteHopefully your bread will be tasty. We have to adjust lots of stuff we create.
ReplyDeleteLove the coodie and CeeCee’s smile. Praying the injections work for you.
ReplyDeleteYour bread may be flat, but it sure looks good. Cee Cee's coodie fits her very well and the sparkles in the yarn makes it perfect for her. Wishing you the very Best with the injections...
ReplyDeleteI bet she loves having a matching coodie to her sweet little sister. They are such cute kids!
ReplyDeleteI really, really hope the injections help you a lot!!! *hugs*
I'm not sure what I like best , the kid or the coodie?
ReplyDeleteThose cooties are so cute! CeeCee looks so sweet. She's a pretty girl.
ReplyDeleteCee Cee is way too adorable! The bread will likely taste good and you can pretend it was supposed to be flatbread. I do hope the injections work.
ReplyDeleteThat looks so sensible for a Minnesota winter!
ReplyDeleteGood job on the Coodie adjustments.
ReplyDeleteI hope the injection works for you, to alleviate some of your pain. Constant pain wears a body and spirit down.
GF bread is super tricky. I threw one entire loaf out.
ReplyDeleteThe coodie does fit and look better. She looks so grown up already!
We have dropping barometric pressure here today even though it is beautiful outside. It makes me want to fall into a coma. And of course, it will mess with the joints. I wish we could figure out a way to remedy what it does to us.
Good luck with the shots. I do hope they give you some relief.
ReplyDeleteCeeCee looks adorable in her coodie, and very happy too!
Sparkly smile, sparkly yarn. Such a sweet little girl. It's cloudy, COLD wind and just plain dreary out today. We drove to Lincoln and back on the Interstate this morning and our little Honda was being pushed all over the road. I felt sorry for the truckers.
ReplyDeleteHopefully the bread was tasty. It looks good.
Blessings,
Betsy
Sure hope your back injections went well! You sure need a break!
