We got some snow. It was about time. All the snirt is now hidden under a pure white blanket.
The snow came down gently..and transformed our world.
January 29, 2013 9 1/2 inches of snow
Far Guy stuck a ruler in the snow on the patio.
The sun tried to peek through..but remained hidden all day long.
The snow came down so gently that snow was stacked up all over.
Joshua came by and plowed us out and Far Guy made a path for the Turkeys and Chance.
Chance has a couple of real tall snow banks to sit on. If the wind comes up I suppose this fluffy new snow will blow around a tad:)
Lovely shots of the new snow! Lucky you.
ReplyDeleteMorning, snowed here to...love the snow piled on the feeders, looks so neat.....Beautiful picture of Chance, handsome fellow, Blessings Francine.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots of your snow. Ours started out as rain then changed over to snow. Only a couple of inches, but still enough to "pretty" things up. Chance looks good sitting on his snow bank.
ReplyDeletePretty, pretty.
ReplyDeleteThat is really a lovely picture of Chance and glad you got some moisture it passed us by AGAIN!
ReplyDeleteYou really got a good dump of snow. We got lots of snow yesterday. I should check the weather map to see if it's one big system. I will be out shoveling again this morning.
ReplyDeleteThe prettiest kind of snow....:) Love the picture of the bird feeders in their tall white hats!
ReplyDeleteThe reason I love fresh snow the most is because it covers up all that nasty brown slushy snirt stuff.
ReplyDeleteIt's like a fresh coat of paint, in your laundry room.
Jen
I am glad you got snow to cover up the snirt.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your snow with us. :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful winter wonderland! I love the snow roof on each of the bird feeders.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is beautiful but I'm glad it's not here.
ReplyDeleteOh, Chance, you are looking good in all that snow! :-)
ReplyDeleteSnow and now back into the deep freeze (brrrrr) ~ here is hoping that February is warmer... Great picture of Chance!
ReplyDeleteWOW! That is nice snow. And no wind PERFECT!
