Nothing

Nothing new here everything is old....including us.

Saw this on facebook and it made me smile.

We had a very quiet day with naps.  I did a load of laundry and we made pretzel buns with a hamburger  and cheese topping for supper.

  1. Not much excitement here either which is good! I'm waiting for some yarn so I can keep stabbing. Stay well!

  3. This definitely gave me a chuckle this morning. Our bank hosted a customer appreciation "picnic" yesterday at supper time. We went - and felt really YOUNG. We decided the average age of the roughly 250 people there was 80. Guessing all of us old folk love a free supper. LOL

  4. Well nothing here is sometimes a good thing. Your supper sounds wonderful. I think we had a bagel and ice cream here.

  6. Crocheting 🧶 helps me when I can’t sleep. It’s therapy!

  7. As we age things really slow down. I can tell you that from experience.

  11. Nothing is new around here but that's okay. I like ordinary ( boring) days.

  16. Sometimes "nothing new" is just fine! I like the pretzel buns and found a good price on them at Aldi's.

  17. LD....I washed dishes at a truck stop while in college and the pouring of the cheese over the bun was their special feature. I haven't seen them on any menu for years. But Connie has them on her menu.
