The leaves are almost peak...we have just a few more days to enjoy them.
Our yard. As you can see I will be mulching leaves this week.
The driveway.
The Burr Oaks are turning golden this year...they usually don't have the best color.
We went for a Ranger Blue ride....some of the color out there is just fantastic!
We visited several cemeteries along with my baby brother, his bride and Baxter. Checking to see what needs tending before it snows.
Far Side
What a beautiful area. I think our colors are getting close to whatever they are going to do this year. Some things turned early and some leaves are already gone.
ReplyDeleteThe two frosts changed things up here.
Looks stunning. Enjoy.
I think I spy a Maple! You are lucky to still have a brother. All mine are gone on. I had three. A brother is a steady hand when a sister needs one. Sisters love and care but a dear brother can do and will.
ReplyDeleteLovely color! We are mostly green turning to brown. Hope your Lyme is continuing to subside.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors! You all definitely have had a short summer - - seems shorter this year than others. So thankful you are feeling well enough to be out and about!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. I guess we all wish the color would stick around longer each fall.
ReplyDeleteWhen the leaves change and the wind blows, we don't get to appreciate the colours for very long. The cemetery photo is lovely.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your mulching!
Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful there. The trees are starting to color some here. Time to enjoy Fall
ReplyDeleteYou have a gorgeous entry to your home. We aren't at the color you have yet.
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous colours for you to enjoy. They make one feel happy :)
ReplyDeleteThe tree in the cemetery is amazing!! One strong wind can take down a lot of leaves.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!
ReplyDeleteWe're back to 80 here again, more browning, I fear.
Such pretty photos... I love fall photos. Thanks for sharing! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI like the brilliant red leaves.
ReplyDeleteIt is certainly a great year for vivid color! Love your pictures!
ReplyDeleteSo lovely! We are mostly having low color, since it's been so abnormally warm. And no rain, either.
ReplyDeleteOur leaves aren't changing much yet, but with the cooler nights the past few days, that will change quickly. Yours are so gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
That is a beautiful tree at the cemetery. Our cemetery in the south has been getting rains so the grass may be growing again. The cracks in the ground were so large in that clay soil.
ReplyDeleteYou are getting more color than we are! The wind has taken care of most of the leaves here.
ReplyDeleteIt's a great time of year!
