Our youngest Grandson Adam is at the Vex Robotics World Championships this week. He and his team members boarded a bus on Monday night and many hours later he arrived in Louisville, Kentucky.
Adam is the tall one in the baby blue shirt with the cool shades. I took photos of my computer.
Here he is again in between the fellows in the white hats.
We watched two of the matches via computer, it was fun to see him. His Father is there because he is a Judge and his Mother arrived last night surprising them both.
For a small Minnesota town going to a World Competition is something to be very proud of!!
Way to go Arctic Knights and Adam! We watched two of the Qualification Matches…they won one and lost one. Today is the last day of the competition.
How exciting! Very cool!!!

ReplyDeleteWow - well done Adam and team! So cool.
ReplyDeleteSince I majored in Computer Science, I think that is REALLY COOL!!! I hope they enjoy themselves and get to rub elbows with other 'nerds'. That is truly something to be very proud of. Please congratulate Adam and their team for even making it that far whether they win or not it is quite an accomplishment. I think that generation is going to make us proud...they seem very smart, kind and wise beyond their years. Congrats to the grandparents too! It takes a village to raise a child!
ReplyDeleteI saw some of this on the news. It all is so fascinating.
ReplyDeleteThat is super cool! Love what those kids do with their robotics and getting to World isn't easy!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Adam and his team!
