Day After Christmas!

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we had great food; smoked ribs, potato salad, cornbread and fruit....it was all delicious.

Christmas Eve Day Andy wanted to learn how to make my potato salad...so we did it together and he did a thing! Complete with photos and everything!

The Grands and Great Grands will have it as long as there is an Internet!

Today (Friday) Far Guy has his weekly Infusion.  Not sure what I will do...read in the car most likely.

Minnesota weather; Freezing drizzle with a high of 30F or -1C and low of 15F or -9C.

  1. Reading in the car is way too cold...
Isn't it warmer in the waiting room?
Regardless, I hope you have a nice day.

    1. Too many germs in the waiting rooms vs no germs in the car!

  3. Yum! It's freezing rain here so I think it's a sewing day for me!

  5. That looks really yummy Connie. We are in for absolute misery today here in E.Ontario. It is -22C as I type. It;s going to warm up a wee bit and bring in heavy snow and freezing rain. I'm worried about my grandies driving west of Toronto through the worst of it. :(

  6. Your potato salad recipe probably goes a lot further than you think when it's put on line.

  7. I'm exhausted and burnt out and over-whelmed and did I say exhausted. I'm too old, now to host anymore.

  10. We had good eating too, as you see on my post. Today is slower and more restful.
