Snowed

It snowed about 3 maybe 4 inches and melted some on Friday.  We are all set for round two of the Winter Storm...who knows maybe it will fizzle out.

The roads were snowy and slippery when we took Sadie to daycare but dry when we picked her up.

Grandson Noah came over and shoveled the walk and the driveway.

Easter weekend is upon us.

Minnesota weather: Cloudy High 36F or 2C  Low was 32F or 0C.

We have no plans for Saturday or Sunday...just staying safe with Sadie.

Total snow accumulations between 5 and 12 inches. * WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west central Minnesota. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible.

  1. Does Sadie's daycare have inside cameras where you can watch her having fun at daycare?
Perhaps this is your last snow of the winter?

  2. We got a dusting of snow overnight, but it melted on the street right away. No plans for Easter for us either. I did buy a little ham to cook tomorrow. Hope to gather with the family in 2 weeks to celebrate all the April birthdays, and a late Easter.

  3. We are also staying home, safe. This Spring storm sure is hanging around. Day three of rain, rain and more rain for us. Our waterways are overflowing. Our ground just slurps it up. Living in sand country has some advantages.

    Cute Easter Bunnies!

  4. It's wise to stay home with these conditions.

  5. The winter weather is holding on for dear life. The temperature will be above freezing today so I'm expecting more melting. I may be able to get into the garden shed to get my potting supplies. I'd like to get some seeds started this week. There is more snow in the forecast for mid-week, so playing in the dirt will be fun.

  6. SNOW! We had 83F when we woke up yesterday in Arkansas and 32F when we got home in the afternoon. Brrrr. Internet didn't cooperate while we were gone but hopefully things are back to normal now.
    Blessings and hugs,
    Betsy
