Feeling a bit a lot old this Spring. Some good news is that all my biopsies at the dermatologist came back benign. Nothing to worry about there!
We had a quiet day...I had lots of RA pain so the couch and a hot rice bag were my best friends. The pain exhausts me so when I get comfortable I go to sleep.
Far Guy began a project. He is taking all the old grout off from around the bathtub and redoing it...it is quite the project.
Supper was Chicken Enchiladas and peaches...both from the freezer.
Minnesota weather: High 46F or 8C Low was 28F or -2C.
Far Side

I'm so sorry the RA pain has flared up. But glad your biopsies were all clear.
ReplyDeleteGreat news on the biopsies!
ReplyDeleteTake care.
ReplyDeleteGreat news on the biopsies. I do wish you had less pain from your arthritis. Take care.
ReplyDeleteSo thankful for the good reports from the biopsies. And so sorry that your RA is flaring up. I know this is so painful ... glad that the heat helps and that your rest helps with the pain. It does sound like the grout job might be a big happening...It will be so nice when he finishes. Chicken enchiladas...✔️... sounds so good!!
ReplyDeleteWeather changing can be such a hard, hard thing on our bodies. Terry had to start a round of prednisone yesterday--- a huge gout flare. Today he is "Feeling No Pain" the magic pill we say.
ReplyDeleteI know what you are experiencing. I feel so helpless. So many things I can’t do. I wish I could sleep. I sleep very little. It creates a cycle where I spiral down. I am so sorry for all your misery. I remember when my older sister was in her last year of life and told me she’d lost her joy. I’m praying for many joyful things to come your way.
ReplyDeleteFG’s work reminds of Larry. He did that with the bath tub. He was working on the brick steps too. When I’m down it’s hard to concentrate on a project and I have trouble working on projects. I’m ashamed of my whining. I see so many worse off than me. I care about you. Same age, same two girls, same family love….
Weather swings are hard. Rest up and feel better!
ReplyDeleteFar Guy must be feeling better to be able to take on strenuous projects.
ReplyDeleteGood on your biopsies, not good on your pain.
Regrouting is a huge project! Good luck to the FarGuy. We are in the middle of cold days of rain and every bone in our bodies aches. We are skipping our walking today.
ReplyDeleteGood news that your biopsies were benign. Not so great though is your increased pain from RA.
ReplyDeletePraise God for the great biopsy results!!!
ReplyDeleteHooray for freezer food that is delicious and such a time-saver.
My OA is talking to me more this year, too. There are many barometric pressure changes in the spring.
I road many miles in one of these old wagons. You couldn't buy much gas during the war so you used the horses.
