4 legged friends

Little Elvis moved right into our room.  He is mostly deaf now so he and I get along just fine.

Little Elvis is 13 years old.   He is getting grey around the muzzle but was so happy to see us!

Sadie is just Sadie...a tail wagging spoiled monster sometimes.   She was happy to see us too!

She likes the day time company...but looks out the window for her people to return.  She lays on the window seat and rests her snout on the window ledge....and looks pathetic.

We are mostly settled in, we did some grocery and odd and ends shopping yesterday.   I ordered a cube storage thing that holds baskets, so we put that together.

  2. Glad you made it safely. The radar looks like you are getting snow today. We have fog. So glad you have some dogs in your life. Sadie does look pathetic! LOL! It will be good for her to have you 2 back in her life so she won't be lonely during the day. Enjoy your new home!

  7. Enjoy all that wonderful doggie love! My daughter's golden does the same thing. He has an old ottoman under a window that is "his" and he lays his chin on the window ledge just like that - to watch the neighborhood.

  9. Happy to hear that you’re settling into your Winter home.Sadie does look a bit pathetic, staring out the window. My nephew’s border collie does that, too.

  17. I'm so happy for you two, being there again this winter. I just feel good knowing you're in such a good place with family and dogs and kitty around you. I look forward to your posts from there. Got your beautiful glittery Christmas card....one I always look forward to! Thank you so much. Settle in and enjoy!

  18. You have the best company. My son in Maine had a dog that jumped up on the dining room table each day to watch out the window for their return. The neighbors would remark how they could see as they drove by.

  19. Can’t believe Little Elvis is an old man now. Same age as Bob. Having a young cat around has certainly brought back interest and fun in Bob’s life! You wouldn’t know she is an old dog right now.
