3

This spunky little gal is 3!  Hard to believe as she is growing up so fast.

Here she is with her Mom...she looks a lot like her Mom.

Here she is hiding behind her drink cup with Uncle Andy:) This photo was taken one day before her birthday!  She had a pizza party in the evening but we missed that part...still good to see her! Andy made her breakfast...a dipping egg, bacon and toast and of course chocolate milk and she ordered pepperoni pizza for the evening.

Her person is Auntie Jen but she adores Andy also...he can hold her little feet in his hands and she straightens up to touch the ceiling...again and again...fun stuff!

Happy Birthday Peach!  We love you!
Great Grandma

Minnesota Weather Friday: Rain and a bit of hail.  High 63 F or 17C  Low 47F or 8C.

What's cooking: A chicken hotdish...shredded baked chicken breasts, stovetop stuffing, cream of chicken soup, some sour cream and a bit of chicken broth. Yummy!

  1. Happy Birthday to Peach. All those cabinets behind them in the photo are so beautiful. The trim around door or window is too.

  2. She is so beautiful. Glad everyone had a fun birthday celebration time!
Your chicken hot dish is a good one. Have you ever done crumbled sausage in the stuffing mix? One of the son-in-laws does that at Thanksgiving.
What is a dipping egg? Is that a soft egg and you dip the toast in it? My brain said, "I have never heard of anyone dipping an egg into a drink or sauce like a donut." Then my brain clicked into gear and said, "Because no one does that." Sometimes the brain is like AI in that it goes to what is familiar - - like dipping cookies in milk, etc.

    1. No I have not tried sausage in the stuffing mix. A dipping egg is a soft yolk fried egg...so you can dip your toast in it!

  4. Happy birthday!! I had a very tall uncle who could raise us to the ceiling like that. The chicken hot dish sounds good. I made one yesterday but then my husband ate at the golf tournament and didn't get home until 8 pm - so he'll be seeing leftovers today. LOL

  5. Happy Birthday to this sweet young lady! It sounds like she has Uncle Andy wrapped around her finger. What a little sweetie pie. Your dinner is one of my husband's favorites.
