Out to lunch

We went out to lunch for Noah's birthday.  He filled us in on the happenings in his life...mainly his job and his dog Aurora.

He hopes to buy a home next summer....he is saving up!

Three generations at lunch.

After lunch we headed back to our home in the woods.  The house is refinished....more on that soon.

We are thankful for Jen and Andy and their willingness to let us invade their home while our house was being worked on.

  1. Thanks for letting us visit your celebration! He is one hard-working man - - with plans to purchase a home next year. Of course, it is smart financially to build some equity. You have a wonderful family from parents to siblings to children and grandchildren.

  3. Nice to see the pictures of family. I am interested in hearing how your house was refinished. I now have a companion, Henry. He is my granddaughter's dog. She is between homes and houses right now. Having Henry with me is good all around.

  4. My guess is the smell. I cannot tolerate those smells either. I am glad you have a home to invade. And that dogs live there! Your grandson is so handsome. How can he be the baby? Sounds like a fine young man.

  5. What a nice photo! I sold my mother's house to a young man about Noah's age. It made me feel wonderful to turn it over to him. It's so good you had someplace to go while the house was worked on.
