June melted away in the rain on Saturday night or early Sunday.
My scoop shovel and rake are there waiting to clean up the last of June's debris.
The grass is starting to turn green.
In the distance you can see the area I mowed on Friday.
My eye is less irritated...more anesthetic and antibiotic ointment and I put the patch back on...another afternoon on the couch and it seems much better!
Far Side
Sounds like your eye is feeling better!
ReplyDeleteNow back to work!
LOL.
Just kidding, take your time. Seems June took 'her' sweet time melting!
Glad your eye is doing better and that you're seeing some green at last.
ReplyDeleteGood to hear your eye is healing up.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it wonderful to see the green? The rain will help with that too.
The last of the snow piles in the university parking lot melted last week. All that’s left is a heap of dirt. Just curious - has June ever stayed until June? I’m glad to hear your eye is feeling better.
ReplyDeleteGlad your eye is better.
ReplyDeleteI figured June would be gone by now with all the drizzly rain we've had and the warmer weather. Be careful when you're out there working!
WOW! June left in a hurry this year!!! I glad your eye is feeling better.
ReplyDeleteJune is usually taken out by rain in May!
ReplyDeleteUntil next winter, dear June! It's good to read your eye is better.
ReplyDeleteI hope your eye improves. It is irritating, almost as bad as back issues!
ReplyDeleteGood news about your eye, and the returning of the green! It won't take long now for everything to sprout.
ReplyDeleteAfter all the snow you had this winter I really wondered if June would earn her name. Bet you're glad she melted and is gone. And I'm glad to hear the eye is improving.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn’t be missing ole June!
ReplyDeleteGood riddance to June! Glad your eye is getting better.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you're feeling better and so glad to hear that June has finally taken a powder until next winter, which will be here before we know it! June's relatives are still hanging around here....hopefully they will be gone by the end of this week. Hope. Hope.
ReplyDeleteGood to see June out of there. I am glad you have meds for your eye. Take care. The grass will come.
ReplyDeleteBye June...until next year!
