May Day

I had doubts about  May Baskets getting done this year...and I had such a cute pattern too!

Jen came to the rescue...she got out the die cut machine and began to make pieces.
It was just the push I needed to make more baskets.

The body of the Fox is a small sack...the die is called Sack it.  The tail sits at the back of the sack, the head is glued to the front of the sack.

A few will be delivered later today and some more tomorrow.
Happy May Day!

  9. Very cute. Glad you, with Jen's help were able to get some made. Jen is a blessing. I thought about you this morning when I opened my diary and saw that it was May Day. Long ago, when I was in third and fourth grades, my sister, Nellie and I made May baskets for our neighbor across the street. Mrs. Walker was a home school teacher who worked with children who couldn't go to public school for some reason.

  19. I'm glad you did make the May baskets just like you usually have done. The fox fronted bags are so cute. My DIL has a Cricut and I wonder if it can make something similar.
