Most evenings we go for a ride and check out the fields and look for wildlife.

The farmers should be happy with the amount of rain we have received so far this summer.
It was 42F yesterday morning or 5C eh! It was brisk.
Wow! That is cool. Very pretty pictures. We enjoy going for a drive through the country too.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely a bit cooler than here. We have enjoyed the cooler mornings the last couple of days. I am about to get out and clear a bit more of our roadside hill. Can't wait - - - for it to be done!

ReplyDeleteWhile we have plenty of farms in our not-to-distant area, we just don't have the sweeping views you do.

ReplyDeleteKind of makes me a bit homesick for Illinois. The crops there are pretty far along now, and they have had some perfect weather on the farm. The corn is extremely tall and tassling, wheat is harvested in most places, and they raise soybeans instead of peas. Thanks for sharing.

Wow- that is pretty chilly! We're at 61 this morning, but it's due to all that rain yesterday. Hoping it is out of here today.
ReplyDeleteI am loving this summer! It is gorgeous here with 60's at night and 70's during the day....it's historically record setting but they could leave it like this all summer for my taste. I can always put on more clothes but I can only take off so many before getting arrested or booed.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see some flourishing fields! We certainly have had fluctuating weather--from 40s to 90s--LOL! I just hope the farmers come out okay this year. :)
ReplyDeleteI need to get out and take a photo of my corn fields. I guess I have to be careful not to bother neighbors while walking on their property to get to it. Things are growing on schedule this year except the areas where the hail took things out. The replanted beans.
