Report on the 4th

We went for a pontoon ride around the lake.  It was a beautiful afternoon with no rain!  Jen and Andy joined us.

Ava was waving flags for us as we went by.  Her sisters were showing us how they jump into the lake!

There was a pontoon parade on the lake earlier in the day.

  2. Sounds like it was a wonderful day! I went for a walk with the ladies and then had a great smoothie before heading back home. The weather was pretty perfect for us, and it sounds like it was the same for you. :-)

  4. What a perfect July 4th. We had a grey drizzly day, but the evening was good for fireworks. We watched a small display set off in our neighborhood.

  8. Firewworks can be traumatic for some dogs ( maybe cats too, I don't know). Our previous dog would get frightened but Bracken doesn't seem to mind the noise.
